DESCRIPTION:\nLifeworks Social & Recreation is offering a 7-session bi-weekly yoga series designed to be fun, supportive, and accessible for all abilities.\nYogabilities is a group yoga class that incorporates creative props—such as flash cards—to make movement engaging while building strength, balance, and body awareness. Participants will also explore yogic breathing and relaxation techniques.
