Hours: 48 per week

Schedule: Monday/ Sleep overnight, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Days OFF: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Yearly Rate: $63,721.00

Hourly Rate: $23.77

Bi-Weekly Rate: $2,282.81

As a Residential Program Manager at Lifeworks, you will be a part of a caring and compassionate team supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and receive a staff retention bonus shortly after joining our team.

In your role as a Residential Program Manager, you will oversee and manage a home for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and the employees that work within that home. As a Residential Program Manager, you will ensure the health and safety of the individuals, develop ISP plans that reflect individual needs, communicate with families, guardians, and the individual’s medical providers, as well as, provide guidance and oversight to the direct care staff, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the home.
