Our Annual Cornhole Tournament Fundraiser was held on June 8, 2024 with Raffle Prizes! This fundraising event went off without a hitch. About 100 friends and family joined us at Mick Morgans in Sharon, MA showcasing their cornhole skills in the name of friendly
competition and sportsmanship. The afternoon was filled with excitement, a quick hello from the rain, and continuous camaraderie, making it a memorable day for all participants. In addition to the thrilling matches, we also hosted a raffle with incredible prizes that everyone had a chance to win. Thank you to all the participants, volunteers, and our sponsors Wegmans and Mick Morgans for making this event such a huge success. We look forward to seeing you all again next year!

Lifeworks and the Charles River Center joined forces to host a Legislative Breakfast on June 17th, uniting representatives, legislators, advocates, and friends to discuss strategies for improving community supports for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The event served as a platform to highlight the pressing issues faced by individuals with disabilities and their families and to explore effective legislative solutions to ensure the brightest futures possible. Overall, this was a testament to the power of collaboration and the positive impact that engagement and legislative support can have on our community.
